January-June 2007

6/29

2 new places - Bonnie's Bridge & Futuro house in Rancocas.

5/27

Our Maryland trip is now under the Trips page.

5/22

Did some more bunker crawling 2 weeks ago - Batteries Lewis & 219 up near Sandy Hook.

We bought a house in the Poconos this month and will be moving there sometime soon. Updates may be less frequent for a while until I get my bearings. Also, South Jersey places will obviously be less frequent.

The book may possibly be out in June. I've received the finalized cover and am quite pleased with it.

4/13

In case you didn't hear, Annie & I got married last Friday in Maryland. Since I was down there for 3 days with not much to do, I decided to do some exploring. Interestingly enough, all 3 places I went to were somehow war-related:

Abandoned Fort Armistead
Antietam Battlefield
Army Ordnance Museum

A trip summary page will be put together whenever I have some free time.

3/30

2 new Pines places:

Sandy Ridge Sawmill Ruins
Joe Mulliner's Gravestone

Also added some new pics and a nifty tidbit about Hermann City.

2/25

2 small updates. I have a few small things on eBay this week, mostly DVD's and CD's. Check them out if you're interested.

We have just upgraded the forum. There are a lot of new features. Eventually I'd like to have it where users can create and upload to galleries. Come by and say hi.

2/17

Another Piney find, this one being more unusual than what I normally go after - Bear Swamp Hill.

I didn't realize this until last night, but the site now has over 200 places on it. Not bad for originally being a crappy GeoCities page with blurry pics of 3 places.

I've lowered store prices one last time.

1/24

1 new place - Manunka Chunk Tunnels.

The writeup for our recent PA trip is now on the Site Trips page.

Probably going to be somewhat quiet around here again - doing the school thing again, just now getting heavily into the house hunting thing, and putting the finishing touches on my book (which should be available somewhat soon). I'll get out when I can, but I simply have very little time to myself until at least May.

Not that anyone noticed, but all articles of clothing have been removed from the store. Gonna try to figure out away to make some myself; CafePress' prices are just too ridiculous.

1/2

Just about everything in the store has been reduced in price. Perhaps now someone will actually buy something.

3 new places from my New Year's trip to PA, along with 1 very much needed update:

Reading Pagoda
Deer Lake Drive-In
Columcille

And new pics from Centralia.
